Ordering
Browse our website to find the product you are looking for. You can place an order by emailing us at info@mavdigital.co.uk with the details of your order, delivery information and your contact information.
Please attach all necessary artwork and we will contact you to arrange payment. You should get a reply within 24 hours.
Turnaround time is usually 7 days. Depending on our production schedule, we can do a 24 – 48 hours turnaround. However, the pricing for your order might vary if you pick express production.
Let us know if you require a design for your order in the email and we will reply with a respective quote based on your requirements.
Payment
We accept payments by credit and debit cards and also by BEXS. After confirming your order via email, we will email an invoice with payment methods.
You can use a discount code by putting it in the email while ordering with us.
Some of our products like flyers are always VAT free. Depending on the content of the artwork, we do have some other products that also benefit from this.
Alternatively, get in touch with us to find out if your chosen products require VAT.
Delivery
All of our products are usually delivered by next-working-day courier.
We also do local deliveries personally, depending on your location.
All orders are delivered the working day after they are dispatched, which is included in the turnarounds we specify when placing your order.
Self-collection is available at our office in Faraday Mill, Plymouth. Goods are available for collection between 9 – 4:30pm, Monday to Friday once they are ready. However, you could ring the office to arrange a suitable time for you if you can’t make it between those time.
All of our UK orders are usually shipping included. However, it may vary for express or urgent deliveries.
